Either focused on specific areas or a full body. Expertly relieving sore muscles, aches and pains or chronic hypertension. For a full body, ninety minutes is recommended.

A restorative craniosacral and energy session focused on optimizing the nervous system and harmonizing the energy body. We begin with breath and relaxation techniques, drop into the body with a head, neck and shoulder massage and complete the session with craniosacral techniques + energy work.
Clear your detox pathways with this in depth lymphatic session. We begin with massaging the lymph nodes and a full body dry brush followed by a detoxifying oil massage. We complete the session by doing a full body lymphatic paddle and using a gua sha on the face and neck.
