basics
A true classic with a soulful feel ~ we'll expertly relieve sore muscles, aches, pains, and chronic tension, either focusing more time on specific areas if you have something going on, or providing a full body experience for overall well-being. For a full body experience, ninety minutes or longer is recommended.
A slow and subtle technique addressing the fascia, a liquid crystalline matrix of web-like connective tissue that wraps around and interfaces with every tissue in the body. Fascia is adaptive, sensitive and intelligent. It offers synergistic support to the muscles but overtime can become taut and cause a guarded feeling. Working with this tissue through slow and intentional touch allows us to better support the body as a whole and gain access to muscles in a gentle yet effective way.
A simple and effective full body flush. We'll clear out stagnant lymph tissue, decrease inflammation, water retention, and bloating through using specific manual lymphatic massage techniques and tools.
For the expectant mamas who want to feel nourished, less stressed, and less swollen. Using the proper support, we'll address the exhaustion, pain, and discomfort associated with pregnancy through slow, relaxing, and medium pressured strokes.
Bask under medical grade near and far infrared lights while laying on the biomat, receiving the benefits of red light therapy in multiple ways without the heat of the sauna. Possible benefits include cell turnover for radiant skin and healthy hair, muscle recovery, mood and endocrine system support, stimulation of proper circadian rhythm, and better sleep.
signatures
An alchemical releasing ritual. We begin by writing down what you want to release and burning it, then drop you deeply into your body with grounding breaths and guided relaxation techniques. From there, we move into a slow and deep pressured full body massage using an intuitively picked Ritual Oil by Yabisi. You'll float away feeling deeply relaxed and with your spirit unburdened.
A restorative craniosacral and energy session focused on optimizing the nervous system and harmonizing the energy body. We begin with expansive breaths and relaxation techniques, drop into the body with some myofascial release and gentle massage, and then complete the session with craniosacral therapy techniques, and energy work. This session will leave you feeling revitalized on every level.
Fully clear your detox pathways with this in depth lymphatic session. We begin with massaging the lymph nodes and a full body dry brush, followed by a detoxifying oil massage using our proprietary detox oil blend. We do a full body fascia blaster and lymphatic paddle, and complete the session with a depuffing face massage, and using a gua sha on the face and neck. You'll walk away feeling clearer than ever.
journeys
A transcendent three hour journey through all of the senses. We open with a nourishing and seasonal tea or tonic, then move into a muscle melting and lengthening movement session. Truly an out of body and out of this world experience, you'll feel like you're in heaven on Earth.
